How do I choose my size?
You can order a sizing kit to find your perfect fit before purchasing. If you already know your sizes, simply leave them in the notes section when placing your order.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! You can email your idea and we’ll create a custom listing just for you. Prices vary depending on design complexity and materials.
How long does it take to process my order?
Each set is handmade to order. Please allow 10 business days for processing before shipping. Rush options may be available — contact us first.

How do I apply my press-on nails?
Each order includes an application kit with prep tools and instructions. Apply using nail glue for long wear (up to 2–3 weeks) or adhesive tabs for short wear (1–3 days).
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! If removed carefully, your set can be reused multiple times. Clean off any glue residue and store them safely in their original box.
How can I make them last longer?
Prep your natural nails properly — clean, buff, and dehydrate the surface before applying. Avoid soaking hands in hot water for extended periods.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from The Netherlands,sometimes we might ship from Germany as well. We currently ship across the EU and selected international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on customs and location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the destination country and the type of product purchased. Please review our Refund Policy for full details before placing your order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Non-EU international orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) are considered international orders and are final sale. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-EU orders. Refunds are issued only if an order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged.
Custom vs ready-to-ship
Some of our designs are handcrafted to order, while others are available as ready-to-ship sets. Eligibility for returns varies accordingly and is outlined in our Refund Policy.

What materials do you use?
We use professional salon-grade materials: Apres gel tips, Korean gel polishes, and premium decorations for a durable, luxury finish.
Are press-ons safe for natural nails?
Absolutely! When applied and removed correctly, press-ons cause no damage. Always follow the removal instructions included with your kit.
