This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our store Press to Impress. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We ship within the European Union and to selected international destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
VAT & Customs
Prices are VAT-exempt under the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR).
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply for orders shipped outside the European Union and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET will be processed on the next business day.

 

 


 

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

 

 

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • We offer the following shipping options:

     

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days

    • International Shipping: Estimated delivery 7-14 business days](subject to customs clearance).

     

  • Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

 

 


 

 

Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

 


 

 

Delivery Responsibility

 

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

  • Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

 


International Shipping & Customs

 

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and we have no control over these charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees.

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Missing Items

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@presstoimpress.online with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

 

 


 

 

Changes to Shipping Policy

Non-EU orders are considered international and are final sale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
